Scientific Production Association “UNISOL” is engaged in research, development and production of insulating materials for corrosion protection of oil and gas production facilities, oil refining and petrochemicals under its own brand UNIVERISOL®.
Employees of the scientific center of the company have developed an innovative insulating material “ASMOL”, which has no analogues in the world, on the basis of which a whole group of insulating coatings has been created – “LIAM” tape, “ARMAS” material, Asmol primer, as well as several modifications of coatings for various geographical and climatic conditions of application, the company's developments are protected by patents
Unisol is the only company that owns the technology to create the original ASMOL material.
“ASMOL” and “LIAM” are original inventions and registered trademarks owned by Scientific Production Association UNISOL.
National standard GOST R 52602-2006 "Anticorrosive polymeric-asmol coating-tape LIAM Specifications" has been developed for LIAM tape. Coatings based on LIAM tape are included as recommended in the interstate standard GOST 9.602-2005.
