the Internet; messages to my e-mail address; SMS and MMS to my telephone number; as well as through the use of information and communication services such as Viber, WhatsApp and the like; telephone calls.

I authorize to perform the following actions with my personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage (in electronic and in paper form), validation (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) of my personal data to Operator partners (partners providing hosting and database management services, providing research, carrying out advertising activities on on behalf of the Operators providing call center services), with which the Operators have a valid agreements under which the Operators entrust the processing of my personal data for the above purposes, blocking, deletion, purging, using automation tools and without using such means.

In order to conduct marketing programs, including for the promotion of products, works and services, LLC "Scientific Production Association "Unisol" may enter into relevant Agreements with third parties regarding the terms of providing financial services to me. I hereby give my consent to receive information about the financial services offered by such third parties. The specified information can be brought to my attention by LLC "Scientific Production Association "Unisol".

This consent to the processing of my personal data shall be valid for 5 (five) years from the date of granting the consent and shall be deemed extended for each subsequent 5 (five) years in the absence of information on its revocation in accordance with Article 9 of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FL "On Personal Data" by sending a corresponding written application.

- the Operator's activity is not aimed at purposeful interaction with persons located in the territory where GDPR norms apply (territory of the European Union) by offering products or services to these persons or monitoring their actions.
